Refund Policy — Sheevora

1. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU consumer rights regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.
2. How to request a return
To request a return, contact us at support@sheevora.it within 14 days of receiving the product, indicating:
- Order number
- Product/s you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Conditions for return
To be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Complete with original packaging, accessories, and any documentation included
- Returned within 14 days of the withdrawal communication
4. Return costs
Unless otherwise communicated, the shipping costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Note: the actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment method provider used (bank, PayPal, etc.).
6. Damaged or defective products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@sheevora.it, attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products, hygienic/cosmetic products whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery, or other products excluded pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
